Lynda Carter has proven to be the defining sex
symbol of the late '70s. Her natural beauty and physique as well as insanely
hypnotic charm made her the perfect Wonder Woman. So perfect that talk of a big
screen version still seems stupid after all this time since she nailed the role
so well. I watched the show regularly, but never cared much about the stories
(especially those awful World War 2 episodes), but would watch it just to see
the goddess in action. In her heyday she was the type of guy that you and your
buddies AND your friends' fathers admitted to being attracted to. She's still
busy in film, and STILL looks fantastic at 56. If there's a retroCRUSH Hall of
Fame, she's certainly a charter member along with Betty Page, Barbara Eden, Rita
Hayworth, and Marilyn Monroe as an all time great. Enjoy this new and improved
super gallery!
