I still have my doubts with Seth Rogen as The Green Hornet, but he does appear to have slimmed down and he IS a good actor, so that’s better than just shoving Action Hero X into the role. The video above from San Diego Comic-Con shows the new Black Beauty, and I’m very impressed that they didn’t give it the modern action figure Batman treatment.

Also, Taiwan star Jay Chou has been cast as Kato. I don’t know much about him, but he does seem like a charismatic badass. At least most Americans aren’t that in to Green Hornet, and the show isn’t even on DVD, so it’s not like there’s gonna be millions of angry fans pissy about “shitting on their childhood.”
