Hey Chip – “I’d like to tesch the world to sing” is originally from a coke commercial, but it was so popular that the tune was recut by the New Seekers.
Sort of like “Convoy,” but more pleasant sounding…

My first thought was Aretha Franklin selling KFC with “Respect” but that’s more of a bastardization “…..new at KFC..sock it to me, sock it to me,..”

But there is a Gilligan’s Island with a play and …I’m gonna go do some research and it may involve Kentucky Fried Chicken.
