rberry I stumbled on this one looking for a different version that featured a cartoon of a singing vacuum cleaner, and thought it was pretty great. The jingle is pretty damn catchy and gets the point across. This woman REALLY loves the results. Plus she likes things that are both tough and gentle. I love the simple logo on the packaging. It reminds me of the old ‘Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific” shampoo they used to make in the ’70s.

Geeze, I sure hope she was able to get them “damp musty odours” out of her “Carpet”.
Is there some chance you can find the Prudential Insurance ad that was about the woman who was chair tied and OTM gagged when her husband came home and was talking about insurance?
This is very similar to the British advert for Shake n Vac. It’s fondly remembered, and they’re always showing it on “remember the 80s” programmes here.
I think it has a catchier jingle, but I might be biased by memory and national pride.
