retroCRUSH FOUNDER ROBERT BERRY
RELEASES CD OF HIS GREATEST HITS

After taking a few minutes from the busy
duties of running the world's 17,008th most popular website, Robert Berry has
recorded and collected some of his best work to share with the hungry masses who
have been craving hard hitting music, and have been left feeling empty, since
Loverboy broke up. The critics are impressed.
MTV's Kurt Loder said of the album, "I
haven't heard music of this calibre since Leo Sayer recorded that album of duets
with Twisted Sister." While Gene Siskel wrote, "first off I'm a film
critic, secondly I'm fucking dead, so why are you asking me?"
We've arranged to have a special
retroCRUSH.com listening party to give the loyal fans of this website a special
sneak preview of the CD. Just click the link for each, and you'll hear a
telephone quality mono MP3 song ready to bootleg and trade on Kazaa in no time!
We've also included comments from Robert himself to give you behind the scenes
information on this groundbreaking project.
THREES COMPANY THEME SONG (CLICK

I always loved this song, but thought it would be much better if sung by cats
and dogs. They were a bit unruly in the studio, but I think the end
justifies the means.
DIFF'RENT STROKES THEME SONG (CLICK

I really view Alan Thicke as the Lennon/McCartney of the TV lyrics world.
His work on the Diff'rent Strokes theme is no exception. I tried to
capture the soulful side of this song that was ignored when recorded for the
show.
THE FACTS OF LIFE THEME SONG (CLICK

Here's another great TV Theme song, written by master lyricist Alan Thicke.
I was pleased to get Chewbacca to do guest vocals with me on this one. His
baritone is a thing of beauty.
SPIDER-MAN THEME SONG (CLICK

I was driving down the street and saw this crazy homeless guy with a "Will Work
For Food" sign. I decided to take him up on his offer and brought him back
to the recording studio. He offers a unique take on the classic 60s
cartoon theme that I've never heard before.
THE JEFFERSONS THEME SONG (CLICK
HERE to listen)
Perhaps no song captured the turmoil of being a black dry cleaner magnate in 70s
America than this song. I "let it all hang out" as they say, in this one,
and think you'll be pleasantly surprised with this rendition.
We're happy to announce that we've made an
exclusive deal with AMAZON to sell the CD for just $1.99 to retroCRUSH.com fans!
