Who are the coolest actors of all time?
photo by Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images Entertainment

Years and years ago we published a list of the 100 Coolest Actors of all time, and I think it's about time we did a brand new one. I'm talking of ALL time so anyone from Bruce Lee to Johnny Depp to Humphrey Bogart is eligible. These might not be the most handsome or dashing actors either. Submit your comments below, or email me at rberry@retrocrush.com with your suggestions.

Definitely-Benicio Del Toro-watch Way of the Gun and tell me he is not fantastic!

Gerard Butler-he's got that great Scottish brogue-and he's one of the few actors that guys dig as much as gals do. He's particularly great in 300.

Jaime Foxx-Grandstanding roles like Ray aside, watch the man in Jarhead as you will be mesmerized.

Alan Cumming-he's great in everything, but you have to love his Boris the Programmer in Goldeneye.

Alan Tudyk-had probably the funniest lines in Knocked Up-and he was probably only on the screen for a total of a minute and a half.

Dead guys I think you overlooked (just consider them):

Gaston Leroux
Erich Von Stroheim
Otto Preminger
Burgess Meredith

And, of course, Paul Masson's favorite blabbering drunkard, Orson Welles.

John Turturro for his 5 minutes as Jesus Quintana.
That's all the coolness you can get dressed in a mauve jumpsuit!

John Cusack is pretty good, I'd second Benicio Del Toro & Harry Dean Stanton. David Alan Grier is pretty cool...
